Process Introduction
The production line of waste copper and aluminum radiator recycling equipment is mainly composed of shredder, hammer crusher, airflow separator, belt conveyor, gravity separation system, pulse dust collector, cyclone dust removal, PLC centralized control system, etc.
First, the shredder is used to break the material into pieces of about 5-10cm in length, and then the hammer crusher is used to further crush the material, and the belt conveyor is used to transport the material, and the iron contained in it is separated by the magnetic separator, and then the conveying system enters the high-precision gravity separation system for separation, and aluminum, copper and a small amount of copper and aluminum mixture are obtained. Then the conveyor is used for high-precision airflow separator to separate aluminum and copper, and the pulse automatic dust removal system is used for dust collection. The pulse dust collection equipment used effectively controls dust overflow, and the dust removal efficiency is as high as 99%, ensuring that there is no dust pollution during the production process.
